What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist clients with paperwork and insurance inquiries
- Maintain organized front desk and office areas
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with phone systems and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance
